(Most were). Some Brave folks were ready to jump in and Buy. Those that did sold a couple years later and made $100,000 or more! Those that didn’t came by to see me years later and said “ Oh I Wish I had Bought, now the market is Sooo high I might never be able to afford to Buy here”. And every year those folks that wish’d away their opportunity come to Kauai and they are the ones that are “paying the rent to Those that “Jumped Into the Market”.
