Last year there was not much to pick from the the Sellers were "holding tight" to their prices. This year, there is a bit more room for negoiation because there is more on the Market. The loan to value on these listings have been holding their appraisal. So there is more of a balance between the listing price and the appraised value. This is good news for all of us.
